SAMPLE WORK
UNIT NOTES AND REFLECTION TEMPLATE
Purpose: For teachers to complete when starting a unit and reading through the introduction and then to reference throughout. The second page is for the reflection at the end of the unit as the teacher can keep it for the following year as a reference.
NWEA STRAND AND CLASS CHARTS
Purpose: To see which students are growing to the next level by strand and overall RIT Score. Teachers are then able to reference this when planning for instruction and can see that although a student may be low overall, the student may indeed have a specific strand they are strong in.
CURRICULAR MAPS
Purpose: For teachers and administrators to see what is being taught across the grade level in that subject, and then use the other grade level maps to see how they relate and where one can pull resources from if needed.
8-WEEK PLANNER
Purpose: When working with teams, it is important to set the goal and work backwards as to how you are going to accomplish it. The boxes on the sides can be used for monitoring the goals, or to list the names of the students to focus on in each aspect. We then use this planner to monitor our growth throughout.
PD ACADEMY
Purpose: Organized by focus, target audience, and in alphabetical order, I created the information and sign-up for our summer professional learning academy. I also created the schedule for the courses, provided each individual teacher with their personalized schedule, and analyzed the data afterwards.
NUMBER CORNERS AND FRACTIONS PD
Purpose: For teachers to see the progression of fractions through the standards and the vertical alignment in how it is taught throughout the grades.

Purpose: A quick reference for administrators to use when they are working with their staff around the newly adopted curriculum.

Purpose: Instead of the way that the program orders the workouts, I reorganized them to be more accessible to the teachers.

Purpose: A way for teachers to easily access the curricular resources and materials for all subjects.
