It is often hard to describe my current role: I am a part of the teacher community but I lack having my own classroom. I am an instructional coach who works with teams of teachers and administrators. I facilitate PLCs, provide professional development, collaborate with different levels, and compile instructional resources for teachers. I create and maintain the district's Curriculum and Instruction Dashboard to allow for clear communication and an easy access to curricular resources. I challenge myself and those around me. I am organized, enthusiastic, and I have a strong commitment to student development. I educate.

Thus, I identify myself as an educator.
